With more than 37 years in the food service industry, he has owned restaurants, developed successful food products, and consulted for over 120 private schools nationwide. Rafael is the founder of Otto’s Pizza Stix, Inc. and Colombia De Mi Corazón, a nonprofit supporting children in poverty across Colombia. Now, as a Partner in Brake Time Now, Rafael brings his leadership and entrepreneurial vision to help build a trusted national brand in brake service—one that serves customers with care while fueling the outreach of Colombia De Mi Corazón.
